Fleetwood Homes Two Year Warranty
We even cover the kitchen sink. Your new home, including the steel structure beneath the floor of the home, plumbing, heating, electrical systems, appliances, and all equipment installed by the Fleetwood Homes Manufacturing Center, is warranted, under normal use, to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the life of the warranty. This warranty covers your home for two years, beginning on the date of the original retail delivery.
